Open Ports on Iphone 4

Hi there,

i have a problem with my iphone, it is driving me nuts.
Nobody knows the reason for, so im trying to get some answers here.

So lets start, as i say i have an Iphone IOS 6.0.1
it is jailed, carrier is t-mobile
(sim locked, but actually that is not mattering)

When i make a portscan on my public ip address while im connected via 3g connection (from my carrier t-mobile)
it discovers a lot of open ports

here are the results of my last port scan today 30.12.2012

7/tcp open echo
1123/tcp closed ident
465/tcp open smtps
500/tcp open isakmp
722/tcp open unknown
880/tcp open unknown
1032/tcp open iad3
1077/tcp open imgames
1078/tcp open avocent-proxy
1084/tcp open ansoft-lm-2
1105/tcp open ftranhc
1138/tcp open encrypt_admin
1165/tcp open qsm-gui
1244/tcp open isbconference1
1259/tcp open opennl-voice
1717/tcp open fj-hdnet
1761/tcp open landesk-rc
2038/tcp open objectmanager
3476/tcp open nppmp
3871/tcp open avocent-adsap
4004/tcp open pxc-roid
4998/tcp open maybe-veritas
6699/tcp open napster
8002/tcp open teradataordbms
8002/tcp open tor-socks
9080/tcp open glrpc
10001/tcp open scp-config
10004/tcp open emcrmirccd
10215/tcp open unknown
10616/tcp open unknown
11111/tcp open vce
15742/tcp open unknown
18988/tcp open unknown
32770/tcp open sometimes-rpc3
44176/tcp open unknown

when i switch to my home wifi i have only one open port (for Itunes sync), so that is Ok

Now

i have already completely deleted and reinstalled my iphone, but that is not changing anything, ports are already open as it was.
i have also did the same nmap scan (nmap -Pn -O .....) i did with my public ip to an ip from a friend (he knows it and he is also t-mobile customer, it was just for testing purposes)
and his phone has no open ports like mine

So this is dryving me crazy. Our Administrators at work has also no answers for me.
Does anybody know a soloution?
